Yes. We serve as Owner’s representatives, managing the site, coordinating with builders, subcontractors, and ensuring that the approved vision is carried through accurately and beautifully. We collaborate with trusted licensed architects and engineers to create permit ready construction documentation and lighting sets.

While each project is tailored, most include:

• Creative Direction & Concept Development

• Furniture, Lighting, and Finish Sourcing

• Art Curation or Original Artwork Integration

• Styling and Final Layering

• Vendor coordination and procurement support

Red Palm Collective offers full-service interior design with project oversight, procurement, logistics, and optional construction documentation. Beyond traditional interior design we provide lifestyle focused services that help clients fully experience their homes:

Our fees are based on a project estimate calculated from the anticipated design, management, and coordination hours required. This approach allows us to provide a clear, upfront proposal while ensuring every aspect of the project is handled with care and precision.

Furnishings, lighting, and art are sourced primarily through trade and wholesale channels. Everything we sell is sold at or below retail cost. Client discounts through trade accounts are not extended.

Unfamiliar vendors, subs, and services will incur a procurement fee to cover account set up, vendor management, and the additional oversight required.

Optional services, such as construction documentation or lifestyle/ event styling, can be added to meet the needs of your project.

To ensure every client receives the personal attention and high-touch service Red Palm Collective is known for, we take on up to six full-service clients at a time. Additional clients may be placed on a waitlist with a small non-refundable deposit to hold their place. This deposit is credited back to you and your project once you become contracted.

Smaller projects or those under our typical full-service minimum are considered on a case by case basis, evaluated by scope and timeline, so we maintain quality and focus for every engagement.

Depending on your project scope, an architect or engineer may be required. For structural changes, additions or new construction, an architect and/ or engineer is typically necessary to create building plans that meet code requirements. Red Palm Collective can guide you when these professionals are required and how to integrate them into your project.

Permitting is usually managed by the licensed professional who prepares your construction documents, often your architect or engineer. Red Palm Collective can coordinate permit-ready drawings, review documents for accuracy, and oversee submissions under our direction when needed. This ensures your project complies with all regulations while protecting your investment.

Furnishings and materials shipped to Hawaii typically pass through multiple stages before reaching to your home. Most items travel from the manufacturer to a mainland freight forwarder, are inspected or re-packaged if needed, loaded onto a vessel, processed through the port, transferred to a local carrier and finally delivered via white-glove service.

This multi-step process is a standard in Hawaii and is designed to protect your investment and minimize damages and returns. As a result, freight, handling, and local delivery often account for approximately 25-35% of the products cost depending on size, weight and vendor requirements.

We factor these logistics into every project from the start so there are no surprises, and your furnishings arrive safely and on schedule.

For projects that do not require structural or code-specific changes—yes, we can manage design, procurement, and installation without and architect. For projects that require permits, we collaborate with licensed professionals to ensure all plans meet local building codes.

We schedule design consultations, approvals, and procurement around your travel dates. Many decisions can be made remotely via video call, digital presentations, and curated design boards. Deliveries, installations, and seasonal styling are coordinated to coincide with your visits, so your time on-island is maximized. When you are not present, we will act as your Owner’s Representative supervising installations, subcontractors, and deliveries to ensure quality and adherence to your vision. You receive regular progress reports, photos, and updates so you remain informed and involved, no matter where you are.

Red Palm Collective specializes in event design and styling only. We create beautiful environments for private gatherings, holidays, special occasions, and seasonal celebrations focusing on:

• Decor and Table Top Styling

• Floral Arrangements

• Integration with your homes existing design.

• Decor Installations

• Etc.

  IMPORTANT: All items included in our lifestyle and seasonal packages are purchased for your home, never rented, ensuring a permanent, cohesive aesthetic you can enjoy year after year.

While we do not provide planning, catering, or staffing, our extensive rolodex of trusted vendors can guide you to top-tier planners, caterers, and other professionals to help bring your event to life seamlessly. We would be thrilled to collaborate with a team you may already have in place. This allows you to enjoy the luxury of a fully styled event without compromising on quality while keeping the creative design at the heart of the experience.

Availability for seasonal and lifestyle packages is limited to maintain our high level of attention and curation.

Red Palm Collective is ideal for discerning homeowners who are building, renovating, re-configuring, or elevating a seasonal residence. We focus on projects where we can provide personalized attention, thoughtful sourcing and meticulous oversight, ensuring every detail reflects your vision.

While our current focus is on residential design, we may also collaborate with select hospitality projects that align with our curated, high-touch approach bringing the same attention to detail and design excellence to boutique restaurants, retreats, or experiential spaces.

-You expect immediate availability. To maintain exclusivity and personalized attention, we take on a limited number of full-service clients at a time, and additional clients may be waitlisted.

-You prefer design-only without procurement, project management, or oversight. Our services combine vision, logistics, and execution for a complete boutique experience.

Red Palm Collective is a newly established design firm and while Kaitlyn and her team have extensive experience working with various high-end firms, many past projects are protected by NDAs or non-compete agreements and cannot be shared publicly.

We are happy to provide select project photos and examples directly via email to qualified inquiries. This allows us to respect client confidentiality while giving you a sense of our design aesthetic, style, and attention to detail.
